Totokaelo Art—Object will exchange or refund non-sale, stock items received back to Totokaelo within 20 days of order date (not including original artwork and special orders). All goods must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original packaging.
Please include completed Return Form in return package. The Return Form is found on page two of order invoice (included with shipment).
Totokaelo offers FREE SHIPPING ON ALL EXCHANGES! We try our hardest to fill every exchange request. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be returned to your card or store credit.
When issuing a return for a purchase that was made with both a store credit and a new charge, the store credit will first be applied to any exchanges, and then remaining balance refunded to your card. We are unable to hold items for exchange.

Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 5 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. In the case goods are not available for exchange, your card will be refunded. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Totokaelo Art—Object, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Totokaelo will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
Original artwork must be received, in perfect condition, back to Totokaelo within 14 days of order date. All returns of original artwork will incur a 10% restocking fee. Delivery and return shipping costs are nonrefundable. Please follow return instructions above.
All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable. A 50% deposit is required when placing a special order and is non-refundable.
Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items must be received back to Totokaelo within 20 days of order date, and follow the same qualifications as returns on non-sale items (detailed above).
Totokaelo does not hold items for exchange.
Totokaelo is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
Totokaelo offers a sale price adjustment on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the commencement date of a sale. Adjustments must be claimed within 7 days of sale start date. Sale price adjustments will be credited to your Totokaelo account in the form of a store credit.
Please be aware that the exact style and size of an item must be available for purchase when request is made. We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
